The MOQ is 1 unit. We accept single-machine orders as well as bulk and container orders.

As these are large machine tools, we are unable to ship free samples. We can instead provide detailed videos, photos and technical documentation, and welcome factory visits to inspect the machines in person.

Most hot-selling models are kept in stock and normally ship within 5–10 days. Other models are scheduled according to stock and component availability, and we confirm a delivery date at the time of order.

Yes. We follow a defined quality control process throughout manufacturing and assembly.
